Welcome to the 4th grade! I have enjoyed teaching for 21 years, 12 of those years have been here at Herington Elementary School. I grew up here in Herington, and graduated from HHS in 1981. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education with a certificate in Early Childhood from Emporia State University in 1985. I have been married for 23 years, and we have three children. It is a very exciting year, with a new building and many new changes to our school! I look forward to growing and learning together with the students. Check back frequently for updates to this page.
